生物医学分析检测研究室简介:

      生物医学分析检测研究室2007年成立。 研究室以多模式毛细管电泳在大健康领域分析研究和应用,毛细管电泳分析仪器研制,毛细管电泳-质谱联用技术为研究方向,在毛细管电泳基础和应用研究,核酸适配体筛选机理及应用研究领域形成了研究特色。

       建立了毛细管电泳工作室,毛细管电泳生物医药分析平台,多尺度靶标核酸适配体筛选平台。内容包括蛋白质、核酸、细胞、微生物、药物分析检测及相互作用新技术新方法研究,核酸适配体分子传感识别研究。

       承担国家973 项目:《痕量蛋白分析中高丰度蛋白质去除新技术的研究》 《基于色谱-质谱的蛋白质组绝对定量新方法和新技术》;国家自然科学基金:《基于多模式毛细管电泳的核酸适配体三维度筛选策略研究》  《肽核酸与蛋白质互作机理及肽核酸适配体筛选的毛细管电泳方法研究》  《蛋白质核酸适配体高效筛选的毛细管电泳方法学基础研究》 《基于两种模式病原菌全细胞核酸适配体的毛细管电泳筛选方法研究》 

       近年来,发表学术论文50余篇,授权发明专利9项,申请专利2项。出版译著《生物分析中的核酸适配体》和《核酸适配体手册》,《核酸适配体筛选进展系列综述》;2012-2016《毛细管电泳技术年度回顾》 专栏撰稿人。

       研究室与北京大学,清华大学,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,中国科学院生态环境研究中心,北京市理化分析测试中心,中国农业科学院等科研院所保持密切合作。

招收生物医学工程博士研究生,生物学和生物工程硕士研究生,欢迎具有生物学或化学背景,具有探索求新精神和科研兴趣的同学加入研究室!

Research fields: analytical chemistry method and technology in biological and medical application

Feng Qu is a full professor in Department of Bioenginerring, School of Life Science, Beijing Institute of Technology. She received her PhD degree from Chemistry and Molecular Engineering College, Peking University in 1997. In 1999-2000, She was a post doctoral in Department of Chemistry in Hongkong Chinese University and Life Science School in Southern Methodist University.

She has rich experience in capillary electrophoresis analysis. Since 2001, She has focused on capillary electrophoresis biological and medical anaylsis; protein and nucleic acid interaction analysis; aptamers selection strategy and methodology for protein, cell, bacteria, small molecule targets .
